GIF Viewer is an image viewer specializing in GIF files. It offers some additional features that you won't find in the classic Windows image viewer.
With this viewer you can, for example, restart the animation at any moment by pushing a button, automatically upload an image to ImageShack, create a thumbnail in seconds, or even convert your images between various file formats, including JPG, PNG, and TIF.
As you would expect with this sort of program, you can print or save changes to your new images, and quickly send them to MS Paint for editing. Nothing out of the ordinary, but definitely necessary.
GIF Viewer is a good option if you're looking for a Windows image viewer, especially if you frequently view or work with this type of animated file.

Every time I open a gif a new window opens so I have to be closing them. And it would be good if the app adapts to the size of the gif. The 7GIF app is a good example.
